How long does it take to obtain tea samples?
To receive tea samples, first we need to verify that you have given us your complete mailing address and that you are interested in buying our tea. Dispatch of Tea Samples takes place within 24 hours of your request. But it may take upto 7 days or more depending on availability of the requested tea.
How do I visit Guranse?
To visit Guranse, we recommend that you give us a call at our head office (+977 01 4422605 / +977 01 4422940) so all arrangements can be made (a guide from our office will take you to see the Tea Plantation and Factory, transportation, food and lodging arrangements can also be made prior to your arrival) If you decide to visit yourself, we recommend that you study traveling information.
